INLET BEACH – Chef Kevin Korman of Roselie Dining & Seafood Bar on 30A is starting a new food tradition this Friday.

Every Friday this summer, beginning July 22, Korman is offering a tasting menu of his modern American fare at the Seafood Bar. His weekly series, Chef’s Counter, A Friday Night Tasting, features an eight-course menu highlighting “seasonal farm-to-fork” ingredients in creative combinations for $89 (with an additional $45 wine pairing option). Reservations are required, as this special dinner has limited seating for eight guests each week.

The Sample Tasting Menu for July 22 includes Tuna Crudo (Smoked Soy, Herbs, Peanuts), Beef Tartar (Fried Clam, Old Bay Mustard, Celery, Lavosh), Summer Vegetables (Sous Vide Egg, Burnt Bread Sauce), Rigatoni (Pork, Shrimp, Chili, Cashew), Trashfish (Rapini, Summer Tomato, Crab Broth), Lamb (Corn, Olive, Farro, Black Garlic), Dessert (Peach, White Chocolate, Rice, Pistachio) and Dessert (Chocolate, Coconut, Coffee).

Roselie combines interesting food with rustic coastal ambiance, and the menu changes with the seasons. The restaurant is located in 30Avenue at 12805 U.S. 98 E., Suite E101.
